Healthcare Cleaning Operative use their communication skills to make a positive contribution to the service users’ experience. In their daily work, an employee in this occupation interacts with service users, manager of multi disciplinary teams, visitors, colleagues, and infection prevention and control functions, clinical teams and auditors.

The programme length is 12 months

You will achieve:

• Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 (if not already held)
• Level 2 Healthcare Cleaning Operative Apprenticeship Standard.

How is it delivered?:

A one-to-one visit in the workplace every 4-6 weeks with your Tutor, distance calls between visits and independent online learning
