The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Health, safety and environment (HS&E) test is an important way for engineers to show that they can work safely on the Circle Health Group estates. Part 1 is an assessment of professional competences held and obtaining a pass of this test is part 2 of the CSCS accreditation scheme. The test may be taken separately without requiring the 1/2day H&S awareness training.
The Operatives level test ensures site engineers have a minimum level of health, safety and environmental awareness before working on any site. This test covers the five core knowledge areas
1. legal and management
2. health and welfare
3. general safety
4. high risk activities
5. environment

Entry Requirements:
Completion of mandatory health and safety training.
Local engineers must seek approval from their Site Line Manager
