Customer Service Practitioner

Level 2

The role of a Customer Service Practitioner is to deliver high quality service to our customers, patients and visitors throughout your workplace.

The programme length is 15 months.

By completing this course you will achieve:

  • Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 (if not already held)
  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard

How is it delivered?:

A one-to-one visit in the workplace every 4-6 weeks with your Tutor, distance calls between visits and independent online learning.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants should discuss access to this course with their manager.

A signed Learning Agreement will be required upon application.
